RakiRaki, our Turkish Van cat, otherwise known as the Young Turk because he is determined to change the order of things, lost his mother at a very young age.
Perhaps that’s why he’s so devoted to a sheepskin duster, which my husband has dubbed “Mom-on-a-stick”.
